The Thousand Sunny (Sauzando Sani-go), which Franky, its designer, fondly calls Sunny, is the second and current ship of the Straw Hat Crew. She is the successor to the Vogue Merry, as the latter was in too poor a condition to allow them to continue their adventure. It is a Brigantine Sloop designed and built by Franky with the help of Icebarg, Yokuzuna and the rest of the Galley-La Company workers. Built from Adam's Wood like the Oro Jackson, it is a solid ship, twice the size of the Vogue Merry. It contains various additions that the crew wanted to have before arriving at Water Seven.
