Cedric Diggory was the son of Amos Diggory. He was a Hufflepuff pupil and captain and catcher of the Hufflepuff Quidditch team. In his sixth year, he was selected by the Goblet of Fire to represent Hogwarts in the Three Wizards Tournament. Unfortunately, at the end of the third task, Cedric Diggory and Harry Potter were transported by a Portoloin to Little Hangleton Cemetery, where Cedric was murdered by Peter Pettigrow on Voldemort's orders.
